Maximizing Your Personal Leadership in a Changing Environment (MYPLCE) is a highly structured one-on-one consulting engagement. It begins with 20-40 hours of preparatory work and concludes with a focused, intensive and fully interactive, 2-day consulting marathon that clarifies your unique leadership skills, focuses your efforts, and cuts your leadership development curve by two to three years on average.


Program Content

By participating in MYPLCE, you will recognize the patterns and behaviors that comprise your own leadership model and will create a systematic approach for developing that model for more impact.

You will also create a plan to systematize your model so that it can be taught to others.

  • A team of three: you, the leader and a writer. While the leader directs you through the program methodology, the writer captures and edits during the session to help you capture and refine your core leadership message and methodology.

  • The team "mines" your dormant wisdom: thoughts you have been able to use, but have never been able to translate to others.
     
  • Collaborating with your input, the leader and writer help you to distill your message to a more refined form.
