Maximizing Your Personal Leadership in a Changing Environment (MYPLCE) is a highly structured one-on-one consulting engagement. It begins with 20-40 hours of preparatory work and concludes with a focused, intensive and fully interactive, 2-day consulting marathon that clarifies your unique leadership skills, focuses your efforts, and cuts your leadership development curve by two to three years on average.
Program Content
By participating in MYPLCE, you will recognize the patterns and behaviors that comprise your own leadership model and will create a systematic approach for developing that model for more impact.
You will also create a plan to systematize your model so that it can be taught to others.
