Juanell Teague is well-known and respected as "the business coach to the speaking industry" and founder of a Dallas-based consulting company specializing in positioning and packaging of speakers. Juanell is the founder of the Mentor/Mentee program in the National Speakers Association. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of the Living to Change Lives Foundation, supporting character education in Texas schools.

A frequent speaker at National Speakers Association events, Juanell is author of audio programs and workbooks including Specialize or Die!, Career by Design, The Seven Fee Levels of the Speaking Industry and most recently, The Speaker's DNAT and How to Become an Expert Who Speaks.

Juanell's latest book, The Zig Ziglar Difference (Berkley Books), profiles 18 people whose lives were changed after hearing Zig. She is currently speaking and working on another inspirational book: What God Intended You to Be Before the World Got in the Way!

Juanell served on NSA's 2003-2004 Editorial Advisory Committee. Her articles on benchmarking & the best practices of experts appeared in the December 2003 issue.

Her most recent research is on the 22 Speaker Models in the speaking industry. Her current research is on the Return on Investment brought by professional speakers to their audiences and clients.

Juanell is active in the Texas Coalition for Character, which spearheaded passage of HB 946 to provide character education in schools, helping today's children grow up in a culture that puts a priority on character-driven success.

Juanell began her career with an event production company representing celebrity speakers such as Dr. Norman Vince Peale, Art Linkletter, Dr. Denis Waitley and Zig Ziglar. She organized 200 programs in 43 cities, reaching more than 200,000 people.
